For all of these providers, it is our belief that this is best done we refer you directly to them – this is our referral service and we do not try to be or claim to be an agent for these providers or an operator of these holidays.

- System of secure payment to local partners.
- Online display and sharing of travel dossiers and photos.
- Creation and sharing of testimonies, comment and advice.

The Eye is Delighted’ liability
Because of the service we provide in this instance and how we provide it, it is important for you to understand the limitations of our liability, so we have detailed these below and by reading these or using the site you are agreeing to these limitations in full and you also are agreeing to accept the application of Spanish law to govern any matters that may arise between and yourself.
If the contract we have with you is not performed or is improperly performed by us or our suppliers we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. However we will not be liable where any failure in the performance of the contract is due to you; or a third party unconnected with the provision of the travel arrangements and where the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable; or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which we or our suppliers, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall.
For holidays we simply act as a referrer. We are not and do not act as a tour operator, or travel agency. We make information about the organisers available to you so that you can choose who you book with. We do not take your money on their behalf or act as go between in any issues relating to your holiday. Your contract will be with them and them only and they are fully liable for every aspect of their holiday/accommodation product that you buy, according to their own terms and conditions.
We provide information about accommodation providers who we have worked with closely to ensure that they provide their holidays and/or accommodation in a way that fits with your needs and responsible tourism. We strongly encourage you to take out personal travel insurance.
The Eye is Delighted do not accept any liability for, or warrant the quality and/or standard of any of the holidays or accommodations that you are book by the providers that are featured on our website. The Eye is Delighted makes every effort to ensure that the holiday and accommodation providers featured on our website comply with standards, but The Eye is Delighted is not liable in any way for the way these providers actually deliver your accommodation to you and this is governed solely by your contract with that specific provider. Without limiting this general statement, The Eye is Delighted is not liable for any injury and/or damage to persons or property occurring during or as a result of any holiday or accommodation stay taken as a result of enquiries made through this website.
However, in the extremely unlikely event that our any of our holiday and accommodation providers ceases trading or do not fulfil their service with you and therefore cancel your booking then, subject to our full terms and conditions will refund you.
If you wish to make any alterations or cancel your booking then you are subject to the cancellation terms of our provider that you will have agreed to when booking.
Contributions to the web site
We are delighted to receive your contributions (these include reviews of locations and destinations, articles, tips, photos, and general feedback comment). We point out that the website and our marketing channels such as social media, are internationally accessible and that by contributing in any way, you are consenting to the publication of your contribution on The Eye is Delighted, on linked The Eye is Delighted sites and on any site or in any medium which The Eye is Delighted deems fit.
