By using the website and mobile application you agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Use in full. Consequently, if you do not agree to any of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, you must not access or use the Website or Mobile Application. The Eye is Delighted reserves the right at any time to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Use, the Website and Mobile Application.
Your contract.
When you make a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by Spanish Law
Trip price and payment.
- We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the holidays shown in our brochure or on our web site. In case The Eye is Delighted, before guest departure, cancels or makes significant changes to the journey, the guest must be informed right away.
- When you make your booking, you must pay a deposit of 30% of total trip (not included the cost to get starting point and return) per person or another amount in EUR.
Any amount identified by us as a deposit is the deposit amount for the purpose of calculating cancellation charges.The remaining 60 % of the price must be paid no later than 15 days before departure date. Later payment entitle The Eye is Delighted to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit.
When booking your holiday within less than 15 days prior departure the full amount of the journey shall be paid within 3 days after time of confirmation.
- The price of the trip includes all the services mentioned clearly in the final quote included all mandatory taxes and fees.
- When The Eye is Delighted confirms your trip, your invoice is transmitted at the same time, for payment of deposit and subsequently the remaining balance. The payment can be done via bank transfer. The customer shall hold any cost related to the payment by bank transfer.
- The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 15 days before your departure date. If the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit.
Cancelations.
Since we incur costs in cancelling your trip arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows:

Change of itinerary / travel
If the guest until 10 days prior to departure wants to change the program of the journey, such as for example the hotels, itinerary, number of people, or an activity will be charged for the possible increase of the change plus 10 % of the price of the new amendment, with a minimum of 35 EUR /change.
If a change in the itinerary is made later than 10 days prior to departure or during the vacation the changes will cost 20% of the price of the new change, with a minimum of 50 EUR /change.
If we change or cancel services
The Eye is Delighted takes on no responsibility for acts or circumstances beyond its control such as strikes, theft, weather or other situations of force majeure that might disrupt the normal development of the contracted services.
In all cases the customer is required to urgently inform The Eye is Delighted on any anomaly at the time an incident occurs, so that The Eye is Delighted can immediately take necessary measures to try to minimize any negative consequences.
Phone and e-mail address for The Eye is Delighted can be found in the travel documents sent to the customer prior to departure.
If we make a major change to your holiday, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure. You will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or cancelling your holiday and receiving a full refund of all monies paid.
Complaint
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier) immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please call us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation. If changes were not made to your satisfaction then please follow this up of your return home by writing to us, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information.
Prompt assistance
If you’re in difficulty whilst on holiday and ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, in particular by providing information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and helping you to find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails. You must pay any costs we incur, if the difficulty is your fault.
Excursions
Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for whilst you are on holiday are not part of your package holiday provided by us. For any excursion or other tour that you book, your contract will be with the operator of the excursion or tour and not with us. We are not responsible for the provision of the excursion or tour or for anything that happens during the course of its provision by the operator.
Travel insurance and fitness
We take insurance very seriously and require all our clients to take out adequate travel insurance as a condition of booking. All clients are advised to provide us with details of the insurance they have taken.You confirm that all people covered by the booking form, are physically fit and able to undertake the walks as described.
